What to include (required)

To help us process your request, include all of the following:

Your full legal name, organization (if any), mailing address, telephone number, and email.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
The exact canpeek.com URL(s) or username(s) where the material appears via our Service (example: https://canpeek.com/username).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable).

What we do after a valid notice

We review complete notices in a reasonable time.
Valid requests typically result in adding the username / path to an internal blocklist so it cannot be queried through CanPeek.
Because we do not permanently store media files, “removal” means blocking access via our Service, not deleting files from third-party CDNs or social platforms we do not control.
Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed until the missing elements are provided.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, reply to the same email address with a counter-notice explaining why. We may restore access when appropriate under applicable law.

Repeat infringement

We may permanently block usernames, IP ranges, or other identifiers associated with repeated or abusive infringement patterns, at our discretion.
