These Terms govern your use of CanPeek at https://canpeek.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CanPeek is a free, no-login web utility that helps users preview publicly available social profile content (such as stories and posts) by username and, where available, download media from public CDN links.

• No CanPeek account is required
• Only public content is supported
• We do not claim to bypass private accounts or access controls
• We act as a pass-through viewer/renderer, not a permanent media host

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13, or the higher age required locally).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or abuse
2. Attempt to access private or restricted accounts/content
3. Overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
4. Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or blocklists
5. Redistribute copyrighted media unlawfully
6. Misrepresent your identity in legal or rights-holder communications

We may throttle, block, or refuse requests (including username blocklists) at our discretion.

4. Your responsibility

Content originates from third parties. Availability depends on upstream sources. You are solely responsible for how you use any information or media you view or download. “No login on CanPeek” does not mean every technical system everywhere is invisible.

5. Intellectual property

Our name, logo, design, and original code/content are ours or our licensors’. Third-party media and trademarks remain with their owners. Copyright complaints: DMCA / Takedown.

6. No affiliation

CanPeek is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social network or brand. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant complete, accurate, or uninterrupted results.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (LIKELY ZERO) OR USD $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
